Default learning a new game?

If you are a good holdem player and understand poker theory, how difficult/easy it is to learn a new poker game?

I am not thinking about learning anything else except holdem right now but was just wondering. Let's speculate that I am learning a new game, which one first: omaha, 7-stud, draw, any of these hi-lo games?

I am thinking that omaha might be a good choice followed by stud?

edit: or just nl holdem? now playing limit.
