Cash game player advice

I have played 3 tournaments to date. The first 2 I was very disappointed. I did not last long. I did not play many hands, and the only ones I won were bluffs. Played one yesterday and did much better (25th out of 100). I believe I can do better, and would like to get a handle on tournament play. I am a successful 10/20 & 20/40 player, and getting better at ½ NL.

What are the primary adjustments a tight semi-aggressive cash game player should make to transit into a tournament player?
