How to Change Screen Name on Eurobet

I click under My Account -> Change Screen Name, but it only brings me to the normal cashier's/account page. How do I do this??? This is frusturating.

I just went through this.
I sent customer service an e-mail asking them. They wrote me back and told me to click on the "change screen name" option under the my account tab in the lobby. I wrote them back and called them names. They then told me that the software programmers were "in development" of that feature.
I wrote them back and told them thank you for leveling with me, I feel better and they offered their apologies. All of this transpired with a fluent command of the English language by both parties, a definate plus for Eurobet.

I just changed my screen name yesterday. "Change Screen Name" in the lobby, it popped up a IE window that was popup-blocked and a dialog telling me that a popup had been blocked. As soon as I clicked "OK", it redirected me to the "Accounts" etc page. So what I ended up doing is unblocking all popups from the ce.eurobet.com domain (iirc) and then going through the lobby again.

At that point I was able to enter a new screen name, but I got the error "Must be logged out to change screen name."

So I left that window open, went over to the Eurobet lobby, closed it. Went to the popup, navigated back a page, and tried again. That time it took.

What a freakin' hassle. But at least it worked eventually.
