Williamson's certainly capable enough to beat Ivey, and he's been in the top 3 in the 5k/rebuy PLO 3 straight years now.

Ivey has played about 90% of hands dealt at the final table, and won about half.

Hand 86 - Williamson has the button in seat 2, and everyone folds to Ivey in the big blind, giving him the blinds and antes.

Hand 87 - Mehrmand has the button in seat 4, Ivey limps, and Williamson checks. The flop comes 6c-6d-3d, Ivey bets $16,000, and Williamson folds.

Hand 88 - Ivey has the button in seat 6, he limps, and Mehrmand checks. The flop comes 9h-4c-2s, Ivey bets $16,000, and Mehrmand folds.

Hand 89 - Williamson has the button in seat 2, and everyone folds to Ivey, giving him the blinds.

Hand 90 - Mehrmand has the button in seat 4, Ivey limps, and Williamson checks. The flop comes A-A-10, Ivey bets $15,000, and Williamson folds.

Heh.

Ivey's a beast (Chaos from FF1 if you will), he's going to steamroll over RWIII and that other guy and win his 5th? bracelet. GO IVEY, YOU'RE THE MAN DAWG! Holler back if you feel me!

Title: Davood Mehrmand Doubles Through Phil Ivey to Take the Chip Lead
Log: Hand 103 - Ivey has the button in seat 6, he raises to $30,000, Mehrmand reraisees to $95,000, and Ivey calls. The flop comes 10s-6d-3h, Mehrmand bets the pot ($195,000), Ivey moves all in, and Mehrmand calls.
