Default AK hand against lots of aggression

I just got to the table, so this guy was an unknown but for the most part the table was loose and aggressive (high pot size average).

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 3 folds, Button calls, Hero raises, BB calls, UTG+1 calls, Button calls.

Flop: (8 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero bets, BB folds, UTG+1 folds, Button raises, Hero calls.

Since it was heads up I decided to go for the turn checkraise. Is this a bad idea assuming I don't have stats on him and the board has flush potential?

Turn: (6 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero raises, Button 3-bets, Hero calls.

River: (12 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero calls.

Should I have check raised or bet out on this river? His turn 3bet means he's almost definetly got two pair or better. If I'm ahead at this point, I will only make one extra bet but if I'm still behind to a set most of the time I will lose two bets.

Final Pot: 14 BB

I'd just 3-bet the flop. Too many times he'll check behind on the turn even though the table is loose aggressive. (This guy is still unknown.)

On the river I'd want to bet/call this since two pair is possible (although the board is raggedy).

3 bet the flop or do a stop and go on the turn. The problem with the turn checkraise is that he might've been raising for the free card and wil check his flush draw behind you.

reraise flop. I think he flopped two-pair or set. I think set is more likely than K9. therefore I check call the river. (the seven probably didn't make his hand--didn't have 68, probably not but maybe 77. I would have expected him more likely to check behind on turn, therefore flop 3-bet. note, I don't put him on the flopped two pair or set until he 3bets the turn.)

I'd three bet the flop. I don't like a S&G here at all on the turn. Bet/call looks good on the river too.

I like 3betting the flop, I like bet/calling the river and I like the reasons for playing in this manner. If the flop was rainbow however, would you guys still suggest 3betting the flop or is waiting for the turn to checkraise a better play there.

Why is S&G better then 3-bet and lead?

I also don't see much of a point in S&G. If you're going to bet out on the turn anyway you might as well get that extra small bet on the flop as well. Are there any real advantages to missing this flop bet?

Are you still leading the turn if he caps?
