Default Ninehanded - only first spot pay.

I am playing a single table on PS for a WSOP seat tomorrow. Second gets nada.

What kind of alterations to strategy will work best? Trying to build a stack early by playing cheap hands that may turn into great hands? Taking a chance doubling up with possible coinflips? Going Giga on my unsuspecting foes?

I like the going Giga line...

Just dont force any action that you normally wouldnt of. Playing tight/solid/selectively aggro is still the way to go in my opinion.

Observing the other qualifiers, seven of the other players are pretty good and will probably be über-tight in the beginning. The last one is a donk (called an all-in with 22 and got the set to knock out AK).

So I definately think there will be some room to accumulate chips early.
