Default Pushing an edge early

Id just like to share why I played my hand this way, and id like to know if it is correct to do so or not.

This is an $11 LIMIT SnG, so Im not sure if the same concepts would apply.

Party Poker Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind t15 (10 handed) converter

MP1 (t800)
MP2 (t800)
MP3 (t755)
CO (t770)
Button (t740)
SB (t710)
Hero (t800)
UTG (t800)
UTG+1 (t1025)
UTG+2 (t800)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Flop: (3.66 SB, t55) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, UTG+2 folds, MP2 calls.

Turn: (2.83 BB, t85) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, MP2 calls.

River: (4.83 BB, t145) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, MP2 calls.

Final Pot: 6.83333333333333 BB (t205)

Im betting out on this flop because of the extreme weakness in my hand; however, i also have top pair and a call is almost mandatory if I do check, so I might as well bet. I see a bet from the blinds as someone shouting, "I have top pair!" Which is exactly what I want them to think, so theyll fold.

I bet the turn for the same reason, he didnt raise, so he doesnt have a strong draw or a strong hand, probably a weak hand like mine so im still in good shape to bet, plus I have some FE with the bigger bet on the turn/river. He could have three 9s, but thats a risk Im willing to take(too risky?)

I made this bet on the river based soley on the fact that its the 11s and there are plenty of fish, especially at the beggining, also he hasnt shown any strength so this could be a value bet. I dont want to check and have him bluff me.

If at any time had one of these opponents raised I woulda folded immediatly.

So this is a disection of one of my hands, is any of my thinking/logic wrong? I think my leaks are coming more from why I do things and not nessesarily from what I do.

Format is wierd. It looks like you bet 15 on the flop and 30 on the turn.

It would be better to either check/fold the flop, check/raise the flop, or lead out with about 40.
