About to buy Poker Tracker right now.... question please

Are you guys sure that Empire and Stars wont care if I use Poker Tracker? They wont ban me? Thanks in advance.

Well, they haven't banned any of the hundreds (thousands?) of players using it so far.

Seeing as how you playing on Party and Empire at the same time is illegal. And playing on the sites period is illegal. I wouldn't be too worried about using PokerTracker.

Is it against the T&C or something? It never crossed my mind that PT wasn't completely legit.

Doesn't PT simply analyze the hand history files sent by the sites? I don't think it actually connects to the sites - it analyzes what is sent? Am I correct??
