Default Flopped the 2nd nut straight vs imposing 2+2 player

The opposing CO player is a 2+2er. The UTG+1 all-in is an unknown.

CO player stats: 145 hands 27.59 VP$IP and 7.59% PF Raise percentage, but more importantly he seems to play his hands well from the limited time I've seen him.

What's the final say?

All comments appreciated.

easy call, but expect him to still have some equity here.

I think you lose this one.

I doubt he gives this much action on the flop with JT.

The call-reraise is very suspicious. If he has a set here, wouldn't he want to make the draws pay? He couldn't know you would reraise. I would probably call in the heat of battle, getting 201 and it's only 400 more, but I wouldn't be surprised to lose and feel bad afterwards if I did.

If the CO is a good player then its very unlikely he's flat calling preflop with Q9, I think your hand is good but I'd expect to see CO show a set and a decent redraw.

Looks like the board doesn't pair and you've cracked his jacks.
