Vilain is 55%, passive fish on the button.. Would you try to bluff him ?

No, bluffing a passive fish is not how you beat them. The only thing they are good at is beating bluffs since they call too much. Instead you should be punishing them by betting your good hands since they like to call

yeah but I probably have the best hand. Vilain wasn't THAT passive if he had an ace he would have bet on the button 90% sure

If you don't want to check/fold this flop then the only reasonable alternative is to bet on the flop. If you get called, then you are done with the hand.
