\"F***\" word rule
THis has to be the funniest story re: the f word rule. I was playing in a tournament at the bike last week and i had the button. AJ off. I had about 10 K in chips. I needed to make a move so i go all in. The BB had the same amount of chips...he waits..calls time... saids "do you have QQ again or AK?" I tell him you have to pay to see it. SO he saids ok... i Call.. He has about 10,900 in chips. the blinds were 200-400 with $75 ante. turns over AK... flop turns QJ 9...turn 5...river 6. He yells F*** .... The floorman was right there and gives him the 10 min penalty...and he was blinded away.

Re: \"F***\" word rule
The funniest part of the story is you felt the need to "make a move" with 25BB.

Re: \"F***\" word rule
I agree with the other posters.
Although, if you feel you needed to make a move with 25xbb you probably shoulda gotten some sort of penalty at as well, LOL. And btw, this isnt' really newsworthy, it should go in the B&M section. |

Re: \"F***\" word rule
A few years ago I was playing at the bike, and we're at the final table. This was right after they installed the F word rule.
UTG raises, button reraises like 75% of his chips. UTG thinks and thinks then pushes . Button has a few more bucks than UTG, turns over 74o (his hand isn't dead for some reason) says "I was bluffing, trying to resteal...F___it, I call" UTG has AK, flop comes Axx, but 74 makes a rivered straight. He wins, but then gets a penalty, and gets blinded off.... J |
