Default WSOP Procedure question

What happens if say you are in an event on the 13th, and make the final table; BUT you are also signed up for the next days event. When you go to play your final table at 4:00pm, do you get blinded off in the other tournament... or do you just not play the next event if you have a final table to play?

The WSOP tournament director has indicated that if you are on day two of an event then you will be refunded your money from the event you would miss, but you have to tell them that you are registered, they won't go figure it out on their own.
