Absolute question for Microbob
After the latest release grief I emailed support. They had me delete AP (which was in TWO folders???) and kill Quicktime. It seems to be running better now. Don't know if they suggested killing Quicktime and looking for a 2nd version (if you don't accept the defaults it's possible to get 2 versions apparently).

Well, don't install quicktime on your system. Use Qucktime Alternative. Quicktime installs a ton of other stuff on your system that you really don't want/need.
