Missing money on Eurobet

The only games I've been playing are $0.50/1 and 2/4, and either Pokertracker is missing some stats or I'm missing $44. I am pretty sure I didn't play any SNG's. Does Eurobet have some kind of "Account History" like PartyPoker does?

Are you sure you got all of the hand histories downloaded?

If so, give their support a call and see if they can help figure it out. I had to call them this weekend and was pleasantly surprised to get a CR rep who had an English accent rather than an Indian one. I've avoided calling Party in the past just because I'v had such a hard time understanding the reps. The guy from Eurobet, though, was extremely friendly and helpful... and easy to understand.

Yea, I just double-checked and imported my hands manually, and I'm still missing money. wtf. Eurobet is playing mind games with me.

2 things:

a) sometimes Eurobet takes a loooooooong time to get money you had at a table back to your cashier...like 15 mins or so;

b) don't forget that PT doesn't import all hands; there are frequent errors in which hands don't get imported.

it sounds more likely that you didn't get every single hand imported.

I've had problems with Eurobet not saving hand histories properly to the hard drive. Requesting hands in email usually fixed the missing hands.
