I would push, but I love to gamble in tournaments.
What is the payout like and where are you in relation to it? |

What about queens? I assume kings call.

Re: Stars WSOP $650 - tough decision, what your move here?
ok, so most people say fold. Well, the idiot that I am...I just CALLED and saw a flop. And then another dude behind me calls too. I read this player as very loose from the previous hands. The flop comes King rag rag. The loose player behind me pushes. The original raiser and re-raiser both fold. I decide to call with my JJ. Of course he has the king. Ok, so I made a bad call. That's not what bothers me. What bothers me is that he had K5. Had I initially pushed preflop, i'm sure he couldn't have called that much with K5 and I would have probably won the pot preflop or even at showdown (if the orignal raiser or re-raiser called) because the turn and river were also rags. But from the replies to this post, i'm guessing that moer often than not, the raiser or re-raiser will have JJ beat, thus everyone stating that this is a clear fold.

Well, what I said was important... I said "fold against unknowns" not "fold always". If you have some indication that the reraiser has K5, you should push here.
