Best in terms of what? Least money spent? Least time spent? Most sure way of getting a seat? Once you decide what "best" means, the answer becomes pretty obvious.
Cheapest: freeroll Smallest fields: biggest buyins Surest (and most expensive): all of em, shotgun approach
