Villain shows AQo, with the Q of spades, to win with the flush. First orbit at the table, but I had 558 mined hands on this guy, and he was 32/6/(1-ish)

I'm not sure what you find to be advanced about this hand, or what you find particularly strange about the opponent. can you elaborate a bit?
