I misclick flop (intended to raise). Given that action, I figure to raise the turn, when suddenly it's 2 bets cold to me, so I just call. Hit my hand on the river, but flat call going for overcalls. With UTG+1's stop-and-go raising I also think it's not unlikely he filled up. Thoughts? |

Re: 2 hands, varying aggression
Hand #1, His turn bet does seem odd. Is that why you raised? Personally, I would have just called. I feel like we're up against a flush or a flopped two pair.

[/ QUOTE ] You notice we improved to a set, right? EDIT: Oh, are you talking about the river raise? Yes, I raise because I just can't see a flush draw pulling a stop-and-go on every street. |

Ya =)
Just figured a flush was more likely with 2pair a possibility. |

Re: 2 hands, varying aggression
I read hand #2 as you misclicked PreFlop. Why not raise? Want another caller or 2? About the rest of it; that's tough... I probably would have 3-bet the river, but in reading your analysis of the hand that seems like a mistake.

[/ QUOTE ] I don't usually raise QJs preflop unless it's an open-raise or I'm trying to isolate. I suppose an argument could be made for raising it in LP after many limpers, although I don't do it, but I'm definitely not fond of a raise from MP with 2 limpers. |
