Turn betting to protect hand

This is one of my hands from yesterday, that I was unsure of if I played correctly.

I have 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

3 limps, SB limp, BB (me) check (Pot: 2,5BB)

Flop: 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

All check

Turn: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

1 check, I bet and all fold => success [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] ... but did I play it correctly?

My thoughts was that there was not much action, so I probably had the best hand, unless someone slowplayed a 2. There was a small change of a straight/flush draw, but unless a player had both it would be unprofitable.

Might as well bet - the board likely missed everyone and there is no point giving someone with an ace or king a free river card.
