Default Top pair against a LAG

Obviously bad table selection with this LAG (V$IP 51, PFR 19, TAF 2.3) to my left, but anyway:

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $3.
<font color="#666666">6 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero (poster) raises</font>, Button calls, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>.

Flop: (5.33 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button caps</font>, Hero calls.

Turn: (6.66 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets</font>, Hero calls.

River: (8.66 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets</font>, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 10.66 BB

He'd been cold calling PF a lot and semi-bluff raising many flops for the hour+ or so I was at the table with him. But I wasn't sure what to do when the turn came three to straight *and* the flush. Ugh...

I think its fine. You know he's going to bet anyway, so I don't think you gain much by leading the turn. That is one ugly turn card. Good luck.

Looks good given your description. I'd bet the turn/call a raise had a better card come off. You're not folding anywhere to this villain, so i think turn/river are good.

I don't see what the problem is having a lag to your left. You bet your good hands into him and let him raise the field and you check your great hands let him bet and then you raise after all the chasers call him. It is almost like having the button every time he acts next. You have the choice to close all action with a call.

I think you played this hand fine. You have him heads up and you cant give him credit for anything so you just have to call him down.
