Live game limit vs. online game limit
I am utterly shocked at how bad the $3/$6 play is at my local cardroom (Hustler Casino), but I know I would get my ass handed to me if I played $3/$6 online.
Anyone care to guess what the skill level equivilant for an online limit is compared to a B&M. i.e. $0.50/$1 online = $3/$6 live |

If the cardroom you were at had 3/6 as the lowest level, then you can probably assume it would have the same skill level as a .5/1 game online. |

Ditto
5/10 was the only game offered on a cruise I took a few months ago. That is normally out of my comfort zone, but it was playing just like .5/1 on Party and it was a great game |

Re: Live game limit vs. online game limit
I've seen several of the Vegas people state that the Party 3/6 games play like the Vegas 15/30-20/40 games. Which seems fairly reasonable.
Live 3/6 is somewhere between play money and 0.5/1 online. |

Re: Live game limit vs. online game limit
I prepared a friend for his first adventure into live poker - the 2/4 game at Foxwoods - by playing .02/.04 on Stars with him. I'm not sure the Foxwoods game was significantly more difficult.
