I haven't had a chance to check out Aquarium yet. Does anyone know whether it's been open since the raids the other week? If so, what has the traffic been like?

Could someone also please list the names, hours and locations for all the remaining New York poker clubs? Please also email a copy of that list to police_commisioner@nyc.gov.

[Seriously - I recommend that the New York card players among us not discuss any club by name on this board -- unless its already been raided and dismantled by the authorities OR the owners/managers start the discussion themselves or gives you specific permission. I think that protocol is appropriate.]

Thanks -- but I prefer the fake address I put up -- I think it was pretty clear that I wasn't really inviting players to e-mail the commissioner.... but if they were going to, a fake address was probably better.

Ok, point well taken. I thought it was ok just to mention the name, without other info, but perhaps you're right that even that is a bad idea.

I think the proper authorities have ample information about any clubs they might be considering taking legal action against. I don't think any further posts here will change that...
