the zoo is the internet forum on 2+2. not sure why the name was coined, buy you can find a lot of useful info there.

The "Zoo" is the Internet Gambling Forum. Spend some time in there, you'll see why it's called that.

Still the best after all these years (although the end of III was pretty cool).

Technically, r.g.p is Usenet and "RGP" is some [censored] web front-end that lets the unwashed post html and ASCII codes to a text-only newsgroup so that we're treated to such gems as \b\b\b\2006\210078Hi\205\216. Trying to read a hh post from RGP on r.g.p will make your eyes go out of focus...
