Default Too aggresive post flop

Stats for playing 5/10

My VPIP/PFR is 23/15. My post flop aggression numbers are 3.50 for both the flop and turn. My went to showdown is 35%.
I am running well for now, 3.6/100 with about 40,000 hands.
A lot of players seem to think this is too high. Could you explain why you think so. I have tried to lower it and it seems really uncomfortable, raising or folding just seems like the best option. Would this kind of aggresion numbers hurt me more at 10/20?
