Default Betting on the WSOP ME

Which site has the best line up of bets available? I looked at betfair, but it looks pretty scrappy. Also anyone offering odds on the winner being American/non-American or female/male?

I do my sports betting at Advantagesportsbetting.com and they should be ashamed of their odds, biggest longshot they have listed is 100 to 1. Amarillo slim is 75 to one, which begs the question, if he dies with the chip lead does that pay out?
