Does Empire help support deals made at the table? I'm aware that Party does not, and Stars does, but I'm new to Empire.

Also, is there any deal making permitted in the tournament masters tourneys?

No, there is no deal making on Empire. Gl with the masters

Nope. AFAIK, you need to play at Stars for that. Lee Jones said the same in a recent post, so I'm pretty sure it's the case.
