Default Time to fold aces?

Could have flopped a straight, turned trips, rivered a flush...I dunno. This gave me trouble.

Hero (t1360)
Button (t1415)
SB (t3230)
BB (t1995)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
Hero raises to t100, 2 folds, BB calls t50.

Flop: (t225) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t150, BB calls t150.

Turn: (t525) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t250, BB calls t250.

Like all SH hands, this one is read dependant. Was he tricky or ABC. Could he have played the flop and turn independant of his cards just so he could bluff the river?

This is why I hate miniraising preflop even 4 handed with Aces. You really have no idea what cards he could have here.

I wouldn't mind a call here, and I'd seen SB push over the top of 3 min raises in the last couple rounds. Was obviously hoping he'd do it again.

I thought BB could call a lot of hands on the flop. On the end, I had no reason to believe I had the best hand. I think the only hands he has there that I beat are QT or a bluff.

Raise more pre-flop and push the turn.

I like that. Given how the hand went though, do you call or fold the river?

I fold the river and kick myself over how I folded off half my stack with AA.

I would need reads. It's quite possible that villain could be playing QT/QJ like this. Also, what's the buy-in?

Also, I would need to know when the blinds are going up and how easily you can steal the blinds.

I think the blinds go up in 3 or 4 hands, don't remember exactly. They still only go to level 4...so I don't go crazy with blind stealing anyway.

I mentioned in an earlier post my general read on the guy. Seemed solid enough to this point. Like I said, only hands I thought I could beat are QT and a bluff.

This was an $11.

A 10+1? you really [censored] up the betting on all the stages.

raise to 125 AT LEAST preflop.

bet the pot on the flop.

just push the turn. WHY ARE YOU BETTING HALF THE POT??

the way you played it, and seeing as this is a $11, I would probably fold the river. you'd have 860 left and the BB is just 50, so you have a little time to catch up.
