Default NL MVP so far?

Abreu: .333 AVG, 12 HR, 36 RBI, 32 Runs, 13 SB, .455 OBP, .596 SLG, 1.052 OPS
D.Lee: .342 AVG, 12 HR, 39 RBI, 31 Runs, 08 SB, .438 OBP, .652 SLG, 1.089 OPS

Both are good defensive players as well.

No AL one because Roberts is the clear choice right?

No way a last place team or a 4th place team have an MVP. He's the easy choice, but it still Albert.

I hope this is a joke.

A-Rod is the clear choice for MVP. He is leading the league by a lot in both homers and RBI's. He has 17 homers and 49 RBI's.

How can you say Roberts?

Roberts has a higher OBP, SLG, SB total, and he plays a tougher position. No contest.

I bet you that if the voting were held right now, A-Rod would beat Roberts.

And Roberts has just been getting lucky. That little bitch isn't this good. A-Rod will win MVP. Bank on it.

I definitely don't want to get involved in the fight that is about to begin, but just because Moneyball came out doesn't me HR and RBI's are meaningless stats.

Pujols: .332 AVG, 11 HR, 39 RBI, 33 Runs, 2 SB, .404 OBP, .592 SLG, .996 OPS

Pujols is amazing but behind Abreu and Lee at this point. I don't know about the Cubbies, but the Phillies suck because their bullpen has been awful. Abreu has carried the team for the last month.

If that is true, then the writers are mentally challenged. There is in no way that ARod is possibly better.

Tell me the last time a MVP came from a last place team? They might have better stats, but that wasn't the question. MVP is for winners. Not because I say so, but because that is how it has been.
