Default Royal Flush...play it wrong?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (6 handed) converter

Hero (t1480)
MP (t1490)
CO (t1510)
Button (t1490)
SB (t1460)
BB (t1570)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Hero raises to t60, 3 folds, SB calls t50, BB calls t40.

Flop: (t180) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets t60, Hero calls t60, SB folds.

Turn: (t300) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets t120, Hero calls t120.

River: (t540) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t400, BB folds.

Final Pot: t940

Results in white below:
Hero has Th Ah (straight flush, ace high).
Outcome: Hero wins t940.

What did i do wrong here, if anything? My thought on the river was i'd have to bet big in order to maybe imply a big bluff that he'd call down with two pair or a straight or something. Any input is appreciated

I'm not gonna give any advice on this hand, as I'm not sure exactly how to have played it differently, but more importantly as Ed MIller said in SSH,

"Playing big hands well is an overrated skill... Instead learn to evaluate the strength of your pair hands accurately"

EDIT: Looking at the hand again, on the river I would have went all in, as it is often seen as a move done by someone who doesn't want a call. But I dont know if this is above the heads of your opponents.

You made the unforgivable error of catching a royal in a hand where your oppoent didn't catch quads.

Seriously, how much you make with a monster is a function of what your opponents have, not of how you play the hand.

Besides, misplaying all your Royal Flushes will cost you much less in your career than misplaying your middle pairs.

(I didn't see any major flaw in the play -- looks like BB may have been semi-bluffing and the draw didn't come through, but who knows. If you were playing at a B&M casino where there's a MAJOR bonus for the Royal Flush, however, you wouldn't raise under any circumstance. But that's not your situation)
