Default Intercasino warning

Just a bit of a warning for those that play on Intercasino Poker. The last single table tournament I played was a $30+3 game in which I finished 1st. The $150.00 prize was never credited to my account and it's been several days with no email reply from their customer service dept. This is not the 1st time this has happened. If you play on the site, be sure that you are getting credited with your winnings. Check your account after each game or table you play. In the past, Intercasino has stated that the money "became stuck" in the poker room. My guess is that there is a lot of "stuck" money on their site.

yes the same thing happened to me with winnings from a tournament on saturday. I called and the same explanation. The money is there if you go to a table and want to play but it is not in your account at the cashier. They said they would clear it up but still the same today. It is easy for me to confirm this since I had just pulled all my money off and had a zero balance when I placed in this tournament.

Here's the follow-up. Still no email reply to the problem, so I finally find the 866 number for the states. If you use the Web Help and phone locator from the client, you are given a phone number where you pay for the overseas call. You can find the toll free number by going to the website direct. A lovely sounding British lass named Joanna answers and I tell her my problem, whereupon she takes a look at the transactions and confirms I am still seated at the winning table. She then tells me to just go sit in on any real money table, don't have to play, just sit in and the funds will show up in my account. Bought in on a .5/1 table for $10, passed on posting the blind, left the table after the hand and the missing funds posted to my account. Problem solved, thank you Miss Joanna.
