Default QTs hand, where\'d I go wrong?

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, Hero calls, 2 folds, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB bets, BB calls, UTG folds, Hero raises, SB calls, BB 3-bets, Hero calls, SB folds.

Turn: (6 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, BB 3-bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 11 BB

Did I blow it? Was this correct? I'm on a downswing right now and I'm starting to doubt myself in a lot of situations. I think I muffed this one but I'm not sure where. Advice?

I raise pre-flop there.
I don't see much merit in raising the turn.

You want to isolate with this hand and use position + aggression to take the pot, starting pre-flop. If you feel like you really want to push you value here, raise a harmless river.
