Foolish Tilt Play...

Live no-limit tourney earlier today I made the single worst play I ever have. I was on tilt, ussually I'm very level but I was having a horrible session with some bad beats. Anyways here's how it went...

I'm dealt AQ os, I raise 3x BB, 1 caller
I dark check (first sign of tilt)
Flop comes A 10 7
Opponent checks, I dark check, hoping to make him bet, he is pretty aggressive.
Turn is a 5
He checks, this isn't going as I had hoped, I dark raise all in (short stack as I am) to trying and confuse him into calling thinking its a bluff.
River is a 6
He calls, and shows me 84. Knocked out by a straight.

I let him draw so it's entirely my fault. I don't know what I was thinking, hopefully others will learn from my completely comatose dumbass play.
