Default I\'m dumb and playing badly

Villain in hand has been very aggro stealing blinds, so I was just going to take the pot away postflop. I had a weak-tight image, so didn't expect him to call the flop. This was a bad plan but forgot to fold like I usually do or reraise if I'm feeling frisky. Villain has been min-raising a lot of hands on different postflop streets.

Doubt the 7 helped him, so he is either on a King, hand like 6-8, outside chance you have bad timing and have ran into a set, or he thinks he can take you off the hand and is bluffing.
Case for a push: He has come close to comitting himself, he probably will call with as litte as overcards. And you don't have to make river decision on whether or not your 7 is good.
Case for a call: You can save your last $200 dollars if you miss the straight and don't think your 7 is good.
Case for fold: If he has hearts with a K or 8. You are down to 3 outs, if you don't think he will pay you off if you hit non-heart straight, Your betting $450 to win $1500, so you need the 5 and/or 7 to be outs to have the odds to call.

I think your 2 7's are outs and 50/50 that the 5 is an out. I favor a push over a call because there is chance that you are ahead, and it is going to be hard to fold on the river anyway. I push, but it is close, couldn't blame you for folding.

I pushed and he called w/ Ac6c! I couldn't believe my hand was good there. river blanked and I took it down. I just didn't realize he was min-raise bluffing on pretty big bets. Not much content to this post - but I was surprised my 7 was good.

I was playing badly though as I slowly spewed chips and only won a little.

Man, 6-max is quite a different game.

yeah - it was one of those "I'll pot commit myself to make it look stronger" type bets. Obviously the wrong opponent to try this one on... Little did I know I induced a bluff

Why in God's name did you push the turn. That is awful. You are lucky to be alive. The poker police should raid your house and smash your computer.

Pushing the turn is something I would do. Don't do anything I would ever consider doing.
