QQ Boat w/ resistance at the finish line

Reads - Villain is generally loose and aggressive pre and post flop. VPIP 40%+ PFR 20%+ aggression factor > 2 (classified as a "dice" by pokertracker). Help on all streets please!

4 folds, MP3 raises, 1 fold, Hero 3-bets, SB calls, 1 fold, MP3 caps, Hero calls, SB calls.

3 bet with QQ standard here? Normally I put cappers on AKs AA KK or QQ - but MP3 kinda laggy?

Flop: (13 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, MP3 bets, Hero raises, SB calls, MP3 3-bets, Hero caps, SB calls, MP3 calls.

I have overpair, and cap LAG villain, SB must be drawing to a flush?

Turn: (12.50 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, MP3 checks, Hero checks.

Scare card, check behind here fear of check raise or still bet for value? I thought MP3 may be setting a trap since hes a little too LAGGY to not bet here...

River: (12.50 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, MP3 bets, Hero raises, SB folds, MP3 3-bets, Hero caps, MP3 calls.

Bingo, I start raising, MP3 3 bets? What does he have? AA? AQ? Call the 3 bet or cap this everytime??

I would bet the turn. As it stands, the checking the turn and waking up on the river looks an awful lot like AA to me.

So I guess bet the turn and call a check raise? Or do you fold to a check raise since technically you need more like 25BB in the pot to make 2 outs worth drawing to?

Assuming I am checkraised and I call, do you still cap the river with the Q then? or slow down and call 3 bet on river?

How about the flop, cap it or call 3 bet?
