88 on the bubble as shortstack.
Big stack hasn't really been throwing his weight around a whole lot, but it hasn't been the bubble for more than a couple hands. He's picked off the last couple players by calling their desparation all-ins with junk from the blinds, so I don't think I have much (if any) FE next hand.
Seat 7 is the button Total number of players : 4 Seat 1: anadrol ( $1390 ) Seat 4: allin_xxx ( $6070 ) Seat 7: nott0m ( $980 ) Seat 10: brain_cloud ( $1560 ) Trny:12252577 Level:6 Blinds(150/300) ** Dealing down cards ** Dealt to nott0m [ 8d 8h ] allin_xxx raises [2000]. nott0m ??? I know what Eastbay's anaylzer says, but I'm not sure I agree. |

Re: 88 on the bubble as shortstack.
Since you are the SS (and have small chances folding into the money) I think you have to push here, the pot is offering a very nice overlay, and double dog balls are pretty big 4 handed, you don't have huge FE here anyway with the blinds this big.

Re: 88 on the bubble as shortstack.
all you have to do is read the title of this thread and know that it is a situation that you absolutely must get all of your chips in.
there...now that i have said that i will analyze the exact situation: this one is easy...not only are you the shortest stack, you have to post the blinds before any of the other short stacks...this is an easy call as you are gonna have to gamble to cash imo, and 88 is a hell of a hand to do so. |
