don't see too much wrong with the first two hands. I'd raise the third hand in a heartbeat

Hand 1: I would fold since the pot is small and you are merely drawing to overs.

Hand 2: Standard.

Hand 3: Raise and steal, baby.

Even though it's shorthanded preflop and HU on the flop? I think I play it the same way...

Hand 2: Standard.

How standard is this play? I feel like I use it entirely too much, although it seems to keep working. Will anyone notice if I start slipping in some flop 3-bets/turn leads into the mix in the same situation?

Agree, but it's player dependant

What's standard is what's the most frequently used line. Of course you mix your play, but this line is standard. Just because it's standard doesn't mean that you should never deviate.
