Default What about suited gappers?

What about those T8s, 97s, 86s, 75s... hands? Is anyone here playing these hands at all and if yes under which conditions? And do they draw any profit?

Late position, (for me personally it's the CO or Button), after a few limpers.

Be more careful with them if there's a very aggressive player behind you.

Yes.

Any time many are in the pot, you should limp if possible, so this means late position. SB complete a lot, I do it getting 6:1 (2 others in, plus BB to act). Be willing to fold easily on the flop if you miss. Don't go too far...you're looking for that flush draw/OESD/2p.

Yeah, with many limpers and position these are great if you play well postflop. They can be hard to play sometimes if you flop something like top or middle pair, and sometmes you have to be careful of going to far with them.

EDIT == I don't like playing anything less than T8s (maybe 97s), though if the games passive and there are many weak limpers I'll lower my standards.

im the same as everyone...lots of people, late position, no agression after me. i have trouble unless i flop the flush draw or OESD. middle/top pair weak kicker with a good chance of being outdrawn sucks.

only late position for all these

The more people in the pot, the more inclined I am to play these hands. I'll play all the way down to maybe 75s if I'm in the neighborhood of(RE: better than or equal to) 1:6

Apparently I am more conservative than most micro players.

Any of them from the small blind for half a bet, if there are two or more limpers.

J9s from the CO and T8s from the button, if there are 4+ limpers. Marginal hands. Makes little difference if you play them or not. If you multitable, even these you might let go and concentrate on your other table.

I'll play em in the blinds. If I have a bonus to clear and they only count hands where you contribute to the pot, I'll limp with em late, or even early if the table is extremely loose/passive. I also like to limp with em mid/late in NL, where your implied odds are much higher.
