Ever get the feeling support is just not listening?
Cashed out of sportingbet about a month ago but i still had a small WR for their bonus, so I finished playing and cashed out again. Took about 10 days and they sent me my original cashout amt (less than my final balance). All this after I talked to support about 5 times asking where my money was (they claim 24-48hr cashouts).

I played some blackjack there for a change of pace a few weeks ago. I played the 15x casino requirement and attempted to cash out. I received an email stating that the WR for the bonus was 3x sportsbook, 20x casino, and 15x poker. The T&C says 3x, 15x, 10x. So I talk to live support. They tell me I should be able to cash out. There's nothing in my bonus account, it's all in my actual account. So I try again. I receive the same email. So I call. Nice gentleman tells me that he will put a note on my account stating that my cashout request should be put through. Try again. Receive same email. Call again. They tell me that I need to correspond with the "main office" and that I can only do this via email. I assume that my cash is gone and resort to just sending them the same email once every day or two for about 10 days. They send the same response each time until the last, when the cash finally shows up in Neteller.
Summary: Sportingbet sucks. |
