Default Raising PF from the BB

What range of hands do you raise with pre-flop in the BB against 1-2 limpers and the SB completing? Is there any value in raising with mid PPs like 88-TT? What about hands like KJ-KQ or AT-AJ? What if 1 or more of the limpers has fairly tight PF requirements (20-25 VPIP)?
