Default Re: Flush Question

As the previous poster said, hand 2 takes the pot.

Why? Because its the best FIVE CARD HAND.

The community cards are:

A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 10[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

The players hole cards are:

Player 1 has A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Player 2 has 3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

That means the players hands are:

Player 1 has A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 10[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Player 2 has A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 10[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Thus player 2's hand is better. If the community cards were:

A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 10[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Then both player's 5-card hand would be identical, and the pot would be split.
