Default 99 faced with a raise and a maniac behind me

A little help on this one please. UTG +1 is LAG. However the SB is very very LAG. He has been raising and reraising every pot preflop. So I feel very strongly that SB will either call or reraise no matter what I do.

This is on Full Tilt, so I will have to spell it out as it does not download:

$10/$1 No Limit Tourney
Blinds $30/$60

UTG: 1330
UTG+1: 1940
MP: 1063
MP+1: 1330
C/O: 1135
Hero: 1080
SB: 3398
BB: 2224

Hero: 9c9h

UTG+1 raises t120
All fold to me

Knowing what is going to happen behind me, do I call, fold or raise?

Tough spot. I fold. Too many chips and too likely to be raised for no-set-no-bet, and at this point it is too early to go life or death on 99.

I'm folding as well, against 2 lag's this is going to be tough to play post-flop even with position unless you hit a perfect board. And if SB pushes pf you've just wasted T120 because there's no way you can call.
