Default Variance or bad cards

For the past 3 weeks the cards have seem 2 have been running bad, but realisticly I can't tell if it's variance or bad play. I logically feel it must be bad play, but I feel like the cards have just been running bad for a while. I need help 2 tell the difference between variance and bad play. This is my 1st post & I'm a little schnockered because I've been drinking bourbon @ a strip bar because the guys that won do not beat me in our 5-10 & 10-20 game. I think my ego has a problem with them beating me, but I can't figure. I don't know if this is the right place for this post, but this seems to be the spot for posible tilt help. I don't feel like it's ego because I feel like I played pretty solid cards. Please help. Any reading suggestions would be great, I have a good selection.

Your question is a little unclear to me, but I think the first thing to do is use the search function. The link is at the top of this page, I believe.
