Quality of poker stars games
I never really see anyone on this forum playing on pokerstars. Some of the games in the 1/2 and 2/4 region look pretty loose passive. Does anyone play there and why or why not?

Re: Quality of poker stars games
In general people play on PS up until $.25/.50. Once they can play on $.5/1 I think most agree that the games are softer on Party.

Re: Quality of poker stars games
From what I've seen of full ring, .50/1.00 and 1/2 are both fairly passive, but as a whole, I wouldn't say overly loose. Now, head over to the 6-max tables and it's a different story in terms of looseness. Aggression still depends on the table, but as a whole, I'd say .50/1.00 and 1/2 6-max are fairly passive.

Re: Quality of poker stars games
Haven't played there in a few months but I don't remember much loose-passive play at $1/2. A lot of tight/semi-tight passive, usually 3 or 4 to flop.
Just checked PokerTracker and for the 6000+ hands I was there at $1/2, 31% saw flop avg and $12.70 pot avg. |
