[/ QUOTE ]Most might say I should have folded pre-flop but for this table that raise was tiny and I had the button so I wanted to see if I could get a quality flop. The way the table was playing - plus it was a SNG where you can't just wait for premium hands - made a call okay there.

The flop was decent - middle pair, inside straight and backdoor flush potential - but hardly perfect. I should have let it go in the face of the pot-size bet and only spent $90 to see the flop; maybe I could have raised there but that would have been a button bluff attempt and based on what he held, I wouldn't have succeeded.

Everything else was me trying to convince myself that I had enough outs to chase and that was a losing proposition. Blah, I have to stop playing like this.

This should be in the sng-forum.

I'm quite certain you should fold preflop. In the early stages of low level sngs waiting for big hands is all you should be doing if I got it right. Don't know what to do with flop and turn, but I'm sure the sng-players do.
