preflop raise with A7-A10s

Do you play these hands as drawing hands (call PF to get as many people as possible) or as strong hands (raise PF to limit the field)? I think i alternate each time because I cant decide. If im early I'll call. If im middle and first in i raise. If im middle and 3rd or so ill call. if im late and first in ill raise and if im late with lots of callers ill raise that too.
