Default Remove Party Poker from Internet Explorer menu

I would like to remove a "PartyPoker.com" line from my "TOOLS" dropdown menu on the Internet Explorer menu. Any ideas??

Appreciate any suggestions.

menu bar -> tools -> manage add-ons -> disable party poker add-on

use firefox instead of IE
