If you have microsoft excel on your computer, that is probably the easiest program to do it with.

If you have under 5000 hands to graph and use a PartyPoker skin or PokerStars, Poker Grader will do it for you.

If you have PokerTracker, and you want to graph your results, there's a graphing tool at:

http://www.pokertracker.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4226

If you don't have PokerTracker, but want something where you manually enter the numbers, and out comes a graph, then you can use the free web-based service at:

www.pokerdominator.com

I use them for tracking all of my B&M play, they have lots of graphing and filtering options, I like them a lot. I used to use pokercharts.com before they starting charging, so I switched. This new site even imports all of the pokercharts.com data.

Hope this helps!
