Default Q3s out of the BB flops bottom 2

I felt really lost on this hand. I didn't have many hands at all on either player, but the PFR was getting shortstacked (he was all-in on the river). Neither had done anything out of line yet.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, MP1 calls, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB calls, Hero calls, MP1 calls.

Flop: (8 SB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero checks, MP1 checks, <font color="#CC3333">CO bets</font>, SB folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 3-bets</font>, CO calls, Hero calls.

Call or cap here? I check/raised to isolate against MP1, but CO barned it up. I think this is why I was so confused this whole hand.

Turn: (8.50 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises</font>, CO calls, Hero calls.

I led to see what MP1 would do, and to try to get to the CO to fold and clean up some cards. Do I 3-bet here?

River: (14.50 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, MP1 calls.

If I was already beat on the turn, I'm still beat here. I almost just check/called here because of it, but I raised instead.

Final Pot: 18.50 BB

Aside from preflop (which, with those odds, can't be wrong), I'm sure there's a case for this being misplayed everywhere else. For some reason, I was really scared of AQ the whole time. Thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Sorry to bump this, but I was really lost in this one. Any suggestions? Any replies would be appreciated. Thanks.

Start reading the hands before you give advice.

What happened to CO? I think your stop and go is ok on the turn, but not to "clean up" some outs. I don't get what the thought behind that is.

River play is fine. Looks like you outdrew A3 or A4, but hard to say.

If CO has a weak ace, don't you think he might fold for 2 bets back to him?

How weak of an Ace is generally PFR'ing and folding at some point during this hand, given the lack of preflop aggression shown by you and MP1?

I don't think you're up against AQ here against MP3 since most people will raise it PF. I'm not too worried about the CO as many players will do crazy things so they can just put their money all-in. I think if you planned on Cring the river there, then you should've just bet out so you could threebet it there
