Default Question to Empire Affiliates

My apologies if this violates any agreement. If so, I will remove it, or remove it for me.

Has anyone else had to sign a copy of the exclusivity agreement for Empire Poker? I got an email a few days ago that said I had to sign a copy and fax it to them. I havent seen anything on here about a similar situation. I can give you more details about my dealings with Empire/Party if you can help me figure out why they did this. I'm especially unhappy because I may not be able to collect from my Party affiliates any more if I cannot sign anyone new up.

Any help or info would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
Jason

Sorry if I was unclear. I got an email from my affiliate manager at Empire Poker. I received an email today that said that it is not mandatory to sign it(which is not what the original email said). I can assume from the lack of responses to this that noone has had a similar experience?
