Weird Sense of Time
I've always had this perhaps strange ability to judge the passing of time. Like just now I went to make popcorn. Set the timer and came back a few minutes later - I said in my head that the clock had 1 min left - sure enough it read 1:02. This extends to passages of time around an hour, if I check the time at one point I can usually know within a couple minutes what the time is for an hour or so afterwards.
I think this might have come from when I worked in a fast food restaurant in high school. I got to the point where I would set timers for various [censored] to get deep fried, go to the back to do something and return to see like 5 seconds left with regularity.
Anyone else able to do this? Is it normal, rare etc?
